Israel's Parliament Has Passed a Controversial Jewish Nation Bill

(JERUSALEM,19 July 2018)—Israel’s parliament approved a controversial piece of legislation on Thursday that defines the country as the nation-state of the Jewish people but which critics warn sidelines minorities.
The government says the bill, passed in the early morning hours, will merely enshrine into law Israel’s existing character. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called its passage a “historic moment in the history of Zionism and the history of the state of Israel.”
“Israel is the nation state of the Jewish people, which honors the individual rights of all its citizens,” he said. “I repeat this is our state. The Jewish state.” 

“Lately, there are people who are trying to destabilize this and therefore destabilize the foundations of our existence and our rights,” he added. “So today we have made a law in stone. This is our country. This is our language. This is our anthem and this is our flag. Long live the state of Israel.”

Israel’s 1948 declaration of independence defined its nature as a Jewish and democratic state, a delicate balance the country has grappled to maintain for 70 years.
Opponents of the new bill say it marginalizes the country’s Arab minority of around 20 percent and also downgrades Arabic language from official to “special” standing.
The law passed with a 62-55 backing, with two members of the Knesset abstaining. The legislation, defined as a “basic law,” granting it quasi-constitutional status, will likely face a challenge at the Supreme Court.
Lawmakers took turns to passionately express their views in a rowdy, hours-long debate in parliament overnight.
Ayman Odeh, the head of the Arab Joint List, pulled out a black flag and waved it during his speech, warning of the implications of the law.
“This is an evil law,” he told lawmakers, adding that “a black flag hovers over it.”
“Today, I will have to tell my children, along with all the children of Palestinian Arab towns … that the state has declared that it does not want us here,” Odeh said in a statement later. “It has passed a law of Jewish supremacy and told us
that we will always be second-class citizens.”
Benny Begin, son of former Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin, the founder of Netanyahu’s ruling Likud party, abstained from voting, warning of the party’s growing disconnect from human rights.
“This is not a decision I expected from the Likud leadership,” he said.
Eugene Kontorovich, international law director at the Kohelet Policy Forum, a conservative Jerusalem think tank, defended the bill, arguing it “is similar to provisions in many Western democratic constitutions, which provide for an official language and national character that reflects the majority of the population.”
Kontorovich dismissed the “faux outrage” against the bill as “simply another attempt to single-out the Jewish state and hold her to a double standard.”
American Jewish organizations also expressed their disapproval of the law.
The American Jewish Committee, a group representing the Jewish Diaspora, said it was “deeply disappointed,” adding that the law “puts at risk the commitment of Israel’s founders to build a country that is both Jewish and democratic.”
Jeremy Ben Ami, president of J Street, a Washington liberal pro-Israel group, said the bill’s purpose is “to send a message to the Arab community, the LGBT community and other minorities in Israel, that they are not and never will be equal citizens.”
“Strong connection between Israel and Jews worldwide is based on these values that Israel is both a Jewish and democratic state,” Ben Ami said, adding concerns the bill would “weaken the strength of Israel’s democracy.”on July 19, 2018.
Without Allah's Permission, there is no Jewish State. Muslim around the world have to obey Allah's plan or rule on earth,

بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
الٓر‌ۚ ڪِتَـٰبٌ أَنزَلۡنَـٰهُ إِلَيۡكَ لِتُخۡرِجَ ٱلنَّاس مِنَ ٱلظُّلُمَـٰتِ إِلَى 
ٱلنُّورِ بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّهِمۡ إِلَىٰ صِرَٲطِ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡحَمِيدِ (١)ٱ

Alif Lam Ra. A Book which We have revealed unto thee in order that thou mightest lead mankind out of the depths of darkness into light― by the leave of their Lord― to the Way of (Him) Exalted in Power, Worthy of all Praise! Q.14:1.
وَمِنۡهُم مَّن يَقُولُ رَبَّنَآ ءَاتِنَا فِى ٱلدُّنۡيَا حَسَنَةً۬ وَفِى ٱلۡأَخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً۬ وَقِنَا عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ (٢٠١)
And there are men who say: "Our Lord! Give us good in this world( Heaven)  and good in the Hereafter (Heaven) and save us from the torment of the fire!" Q.2:201.

ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَڪَانُواْ يَتَّقُونَ (٦٣) لَهُمُ ٱلۡبُشۡرَىٰ فِى ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَفِى ٱلۡأَخِرَةِ‌ۚ لَا تَبۡدِيلَ لِڪَلِمَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ‌ۚ ذَٲلِكَ هُوَ ٱلۡفَوۡزُ ٱلۡعَظِيمُ (٦٤)
Those who believed and used to fear Allâh much(63) For them are glad tidings, in the life of the present world (Heaven), and in the Hereafter (Heaven). No change can there be in the Words of Allâh, this is indeed the supreme success. Q.10:63-64.

Can we change God’s law or Syariah laws.
God say, Yes.
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوۡمٍ حَتَّىٰ يُغَيِّرُواْ مَا بِأَنفُسِہِمۡ‌ۗ
Allah will not Change the Condition if You do not Change it by Yourself. Q.13;11.
We have to be Honest that the interpretation of Islam for centuries by The extremist Clerics ( Wahhabi and Syah ) has caused conflict, warfare, poverty, and the immense suffering of Muslim in Islamic countries from Asia to Middle East.
So Progressive Muslim have to change and reform the extremist Clerics interpretation of Islam to the Modern interpretation in 21th Century. Islam can be a religion of peace, harmony, mercy and beautiful again.

Shariah law at 15 Centuries ago should be updated / Reformed.
Mr. Erdogan, President Turkey say;
"Islam is needed an update and accordingly updated. You can't apply the practices applied 15 centuries ago today. Islam changes and adapts to the condition of different ages. This is the beauty of Islam".
The piety of some is telling them to make the fast 22 hours, may be they can take it, but they are making Islam impractical for many others. What would their opinion be when the fast comes around in winter and then there is a two hour fast? Would that be a joke?
It is time for the progressive scholars to lead the way and lay out a clear alternative for all the Muslims

He grant wisdom to whom He please; and he to whom wisdom is granted receive indeed a benefit overflowing; but none will grasp the message but men of understanding. Q.2:269.

PALESTINE'S FATE. PALESTINE AND ARAB LEADERS  HAVE TO ACCEPT SINCERELY ALLAH'S PLAN FOR THE SAKE OF PALESTINE'S CHILDREN.

As good Muslim have to obey Allah sincerely in order Allah will bless us all with peaceful mind, otherwise Allah will  punish Hamas severely. without obeying Allah’s rule how to live with other people in peace, happiness. Enough is enough, millions Muslim Children have been died and suffered because of fighting with Israel.  Life of children are Precious one for the Next generation. Do not sacrifice their life, love them please! 
Allah rule as following.
“O Allah, O Lord of the Kingdom, You give kingdom( Israel) to whom You will, and take kingdom (Arab) away from whom You will; and You bestow honor on whom You will, and bring disgrace to whom You will. In your hand lies the betterment (of everyone). You are surely powerful over every thing. Q.3:26.


GOD ROTATES THE POWER 
If you have received a wound, they have received a similar wound. Such days We ROTATE among the people, so that Allah may know those who believe and let some of you be martyrs - and Allah does not like the unjust Q.3:(140)

  And We gave Musa the Book and made it guidance for the children of Isra’il (bearing the command) “Do not take anyone other than Me as guardian, (2) O you, the progeny of those whom We put on board with Nuh. Surely, He was a very grateful servant.” (3) And We declared to the children of Isra’il in the Book: “You will surely spread mischief on the earth twice, and you will surely show utmost haughtiness. (4) So, when came the time appointed for the first of the two, We dispatched against you some servants belonging to us  2 having strong aggressive power, who combed through the houses; and it was a promise, bound to be fulfilled.  3 (5) Then We gave you your turn to overpower them, and increased your strength with wealth and sons, and made you greater in number, (6) Saying) ‘If you do good, you will do it for your own benefit, and if you do evil, it will be against yourselves’. Later, when came the time appointed for the second, (We sent others,) so that they spoil your faces, and so that they enter into the Mosque as the former ones entered it the first time, and utterly destroy whatever they prevail upon. (7) May be your Lord would bestow mercy upon you. But if you do this again, We shall do that again,  4 and We have made Jahannam (Hell) a prison for the disbelievers.” Q.17: 2-8.
Allah has the right to ROTATE the power to govern the people of the land. No one can change Allah’s rule except The King of The King, God almighty ( Allah),

God say; Every citizen has to obey the existing authority, because there is no authority without God's permission.

Everyone must obey state authorities, because no authority exists without God's permission, and the existing authorities have been put there by God. Whoever opposes the existing authority opposes what God has ordered .Roman 13:1-2).

Obey Allah, obey the Prophet, and obey those in authority among you. (Surat an-Nisa, 4:59).

But those who plot evils, theirs will be severe torment. And the plotting of such will perish. Q.3:(10).

All Israel-Arab citizen have to obey the land of law. You can reject it by peaceful means. 1. The First Owner of the Land of Israel is Jew, or The Followers of Prophet Moses was written in Al Quran as following;
Prophet Muhammad has affirmed that Allah has given to Jews this land:
To establish a firm place for them in the land, and to show Fir’aun, Haman, and their hosts, at their hands, the very things against which they were taking precautions.QS 28;6
And We made a people, considered weak (and of no account), inheritors of lands in both East and West-lands whereon We sent down Our blessings. The fair promise of thy Lord was fulfilled for the Children of Israel, because they had patience and constancy, and We levelled to the ground the Great Works and fine Buildings which Fir’aun and his people erected (with such pride).QS 7;137.
2. Allah has destroyed Jews because they turned away from Taurat to Idol the extremust Rabbies who rejected Prophet Jesus. They killed Jesus on the cross.
They (Jews and Christians) took their rabbis and their monks to be their lords besides Allâh (by obeying them in things which they made lawful or unlawful according to their own desires without being ordered by Allâh) and—Q.9:31. Q.7:2-5

ROMAN EMPIRE INVANDED AND OCCOPIED ISRAEL.
In 66 AD, the First Jewish–Roman War began. The revolt was put down by the future Roman emperors Vespasian and Titus. In the Siege of Jerusalem in 70 AD, the Romans destroyed much of the Temple in Jerusalem and, according to some accounts, plundered artifacts from the Temple, such as the Menorah. Jews continued to live in their land in significant numbers, the Kitos War of 115-117 nothwithstanding, until Julius Severus ravaged Judea while putting down the Bar Kokhba revolt of 132–136. 985 villages were destroyed and most of the Jewish population of central Judaea was essentially wiped out – killed, sold into slavery, or forced to flee.[7] Banished from Jerusalem, which was renamed Aelia Capitolina, the Jewish population now centered on Galilee,[8] initially at Yavneh.

3. ISLAM EMPIRE INVADED AND OCCUPIED ISRAEL.
In 1516, the Ottoman Turks invaded and occupied Palestine, an occupation that lasted for 402 years (1516-1918), except for the 9 years between 1831 and 1840, when the Egyptian Governor Muhammad Ali sent his troops to capture Palestine under the command of his son Ibrahim Pasha. The Ottoman occupation of Palestine ended by the end of World War I, after the Ottoman Empire along with the other 'Central Powers' lost the war to the 'Allies'.
In 1917, the British forces entered Palestine, and by 1918, the Ottoman rule over Palestine was ended following the defeat of its forces at the Battle of Megiddo in September 1918. Under the 'Sykes-Picot Agreement of 1916', it was envisioned that most of Palestine, after ending the Ottoman control over it, would become an international zone not under direct French or British colonial control. However, after the war, Palestine was left under British Military Occupation from 1917 until 1920, where a British Civil Administration was established in anticipation of the granting of a formal League of Nations Mandate to the United Kingdom, which was approved in July 1922 and came into effect in September 1923.During the period Palestine was under British occupation, the Zionists were putting pressure on the British Government to facilitate the establishment of a 'Jewish Homeland' on the 'Land of Palestine'. On the 2nd November 1917, the British responded to the Zionist demands through what became to be known as the 'Balfour Declaration'. Arthur Balfour
, the British Foreign Secretary at the time, handed a letter to Lord Rothschild (a leader of the British Jewish community) for transmission to the Zionist Federation (a private Zionist organization), that declared the support of His Majesty's Government to the Zionists' plans of establishing a Jewish 'national home' in Palestine, 'with the condition that nothing be done which might prejudice the rights of existing communities there'.
Since that date, Jewish immigration to Palestine, which started around 1882, increased rapidly. Conflicts erupted between the new Jewish settlers and the local Palestinian people, each fought for their survival. At the beginning they fought over land, water, habitat, religious rights, etc., but later on it developed into a conflict of 'national identity' that led to brutal fighting. The Palestinian people rebelled against the British Mandate and its policies of settling foreigners on their land; meanwhile, the Jewish gangs continued to carry attacks on the Palestinian people as well as on the British mandate forces. So, the United Nations on the 29th November 1947 agreed upon a 'Partition Plan of Palestine' [see map], which would divide Palestine into two independent States; one for the Jews and another for the Palestinians, while keeping Jerusalem under international administration, by declaring it a 'Corpus Separatum'. However, the Plan was not implemented.
The British Mandate of Palestine was coming towards its end in 1948. On the 14th May 1948, the day before the British withdrawal, the Jewish leaders declared 'The Independent State of Israel'. Soon after the withdrawal took place on the 15th May 1948, war erupted between the newly established Israeli State and the neighboring Arab countries. The war ended with the establishment of the 'Armistice Lines of 1949', also called 'Green Line'[see map]. Palestine was divided into three parts, the land that the Jews occupied during the war, which constitute the current Israeli State, and the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, was left to the Jordanian Administration, and the Gaza Strip was left to the Egyptian Administration.
The 1948-war has significant meaning for both the Israelis and the Palestinians. For the Israeli Jews, the war marks the successful establishment of the Israeli State, but for the Palestinians, it signifies the events referred to as 'Al Nakba' (the Catastrophe). For during and after the 1948-war, at least 418 Palestinian villages were depopulated and demolished, and about 80% of the Palestinian population were expelled from the newly created State of Israel, and were banned by Israel to return to their homes and lands[see map].
The West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and the Gaza Strip were under Jordanian and Egyptian Administration, respectively, from 1949until the 4th June 1967. On the 5th June 1967, war erupted, and within six days, Israel occupied the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, the Gaza Strip, the Egyptian Sinai Peninsula and the Syrian Golan Heights, including Shab'a Farms. Another Nakba (Catastrophe) for the Palestinian people took place, for in the course of war, more than 350,000 Palestinian were forced to flee, some of them becoming refugees for the second time. Although 'UN Security Council Resolution 242' requires Israel to withdraw from Arab land it occupied during the war, Israel did not abide by it.
In later years, Israel and Egypt made a peace agreement, known as the 'Camp David I Agreement', and by 1982 Sinai was returned to Egypt, unlike the Golan Heights which are still occupied to the moment. In addition, other peace agreements between Israel and the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), known as the 'Oslo Accords I and II', were signed in 1993 and 1995, respectively. Although these agreements, along side many more, enabled the Palestinian people to have a representative government, it did not give them sovereignty over the Palestinian land occupied in the course of the 1967-war, and it did not also help build an Independent Palestinian State. Instead Israel is fragmentizing the OPT by its settlements, outposts, barriers, bypass roads, and not to forget, the 'Segregation Wall'.  At the moment, Israel is in control of 57% of the Occupied Palestinian Territories (OPT), on which, during Forty Years of Occupation, has built its 207 current settlements and 217 settlement outposts that contain about 480,000 Jewish Settlers. These settlements and outposts are located in the West Bank, as the Gaza Strip's settlements were dismantled in 2005.

PALESTINE AND HAMAS TRY TO TAKE BACK ISRAEL.
Palestine and Hamas has been trying to take the Power back many times by attacking Israel but infortunately Allah always in favor Jews than Arab Muslim. Palestine always fail.
Even Million Arab Muslim pray to Allah for asking His HELP, but Allah still Help Jews — Allah has bern punishing Palestine people till today. It means Allah REJECT Palestine and Hamas.
It is time for Palestine and Hamas to contemplate why Allah never listen your prayer—-Million Muslim. Prayer around the world?  there is something wrong.
Allah promise to the true believer to HELP any time they pray to Allah as following;
(Remember) when you sought help of your Lord and He answered you (saying): "I will help you with a thousand of the angels each behind the other (following one another) in succession." Q8/9.
God help Jewish to have their own state that is surrounded by Arab nations. Jewish has the right to exist within Arab nations. God never help Palestine or Hamas to take back Israel since 1948. This is reality, this is God’s plan for His people Jewish, the follower of prophet Moses.
A wise leader always look at to himself if there is something wrong, but a foolish always blame others. Proverb David.
it is the time for Palestine Hamas to contemplate, and find what is wrong with ourself why Allah never HELP Palestine Muslim to defeat Jews in Israel for several decades since 1947 till to day? Every time Palestine assault or attack Israel, never win the battle. Thousand Palestine children became victims or sacrifice themselve. for the sake of Palisten. Very sad indeed.

What God say in Al Quran as Muslim guidance. God law is The best guidance in the world.
Allah is not cruel to (His) servantS or to Palestine or Hamas!
Whatever of good reaches you, is from Allâh, but whatever of evil befalls you, is from yourself.QS 4;79.
70 years Gaza have been suffered because of their leaders who ask to worship idol hadith.
Whosoever does a good deed, it is for his ownself, and whosoever does evil, it is against (his ownself). Then to your Lord you will be made to return. QS 45;(15) —70 years Gaza have been suffered because of their leaders who ask to worship idol hadith.
That is due to what your hands sent ahead, and that Allah is not cruel to (His) servants.” QS 8;(51)
And We will certainly make them taste the nearer punishment before the greater punishment, so that they may return. QS. 6 : (21).
The Allah made them taste disgrace in the worldly life, and of course the punishment of the Hereafter is much greater. Only if they knew! QS 39:(26)
Allah has been punishing Hamas and Palestine more than 70 years.
"If you do love Allah, follow Me properly: Allah will love you and forgive you your sins; for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." QS 3:31. (Allah will make you successful and prosperous in this world.)
If you follow Me a partly and reject the rest. I will punish you;
You believe in a part of the Scripture and reject the rest? Then what is the recompense of those who do so among you, except disgrace in the life of this world, and on the Day of Resurrection they shall be consigned to the most grievous torment. And Allah is not unaware of what you do. QS 2;85.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH EXTREMIST HAMAS AND OTHER EXTREMIST MUSLIM?
1. Want to create Islamic Palestine, there is no freedom of religion and expression or reject human right and no justife for all.
2. Want to expel Jews from Israel and from Arab land.
3. They turn away from Al Quran to Idol hadith — commit sinful Syrick.
4. They  follow the FAKSE HADITH such as
(A) Ther worship , kiss and cry at Stone Kaaba and Asward, they believe Kaaba is the House of Allah. Whereas Kaaba was created by men. Most Muslim follow the faith of Jahiliyyah Pegan to worship Kaaba, Kiss Stones Kaaba and Asward while crying at front of Kaaba, Also imitate Pagan to walk around Kaaba 7 times. Nauzubillah.


(B) Sahih Muslim 4366—“ I will expel the Jews and Christian from the Arabian Peninsula and will not leave any but Muslim”
ISLAMIC CLERICS NEVER TAKE A LESSON WHY ALLAH DESTROYED JEWS FROM ISRAEL ? Because they turned away from Taurat ( Allah’s laws) to Idol Rabbies blindly. Q.9:31.
Now in 21th Century Allah has been destroying Muslim around the world , million Muslim died, suffred and flee to other countries, because they turn away  from Al Quran ( Allah’s laws) to Idol Hadith or Scholars blindly. Q.9:31,Q7:2-5.
So Muslim and Jews commited sinful Syrick, they turned away from Holy books ( God’sLaws) to Scholars blindly.
