WOMEN'S ISSUE IN ISLAM TODAY.

SUMMARY.
MILLION MUSLIM WOMEN STILL LIVE IN JAIL.
Saudi Arabia and Iran are a huge Jail in the world in 21 Century.

If Muslims still follow the ancient Islamic laws, women will be treated as a Slave, can be sold, or trading etc. Women do not have freedom, controlled by men.
Because of women position as a slave, women can not shake hand with man and sit side by side with a man, women are not allowed to sing song at TV, Public place, to drive car, to use perfume, etc.
Most of the time, women stay at home along day.
Saudi Arabia and Iran are the biggest Jail for million women, women do not have freedom to cloth, and they have to cover the whole body when she goes outside of her house and have to be accompanied by a guardian. What do you think? It is the true Islamic teaching?, as I see it is not relevant anymore.
26-September 2017 is Women's Day For Saudi Arabia after 1400 years.
The First Time Women are allowed to drive.
This is beginning for reformation of Islam, futher
Women equality to men anf justice for all.

5 Divorces Every Hour In Saudi Arabia
RIYADH: Divorce in the Kingdom happens at the rate of 127 cases per day, or about five cases every hour.
This has been revealed in a report by the General Authority of Statistics.
According to the report, more than 157,000 marriages were recorded in the courts over the past year, while over 46,000 divorce cases were recorded during the same period.
The report stated, however, that last year the number of divorces recorded a decline from the year before, which saw more than 54,000 cases of divorce. The Eastern Province and Tabuk recorded the highest divorce rates last year — 36.7 percent and 36.1 percent respectively. In Riyadh, the divorce rate was recorded at 31 percent, while Jazan witnessed 17.9 percent.
The chairperson of the Board of Directors of Mawadah Charitable Organization, Princess Sarah bint Musaed, recently revealed that a quarter of marriages in Saudi Arabia end in divorce, noting that 60 percent of divorce cases occur in the first year of marriage.

How to follow Allah and Sunnah or the life of Muhammad saw) professionally as a role model for Muslim in this 21st Century?

The Prophet Muhammad was a perfect man in the context of his time, We do not need to follow his actions in a literal sense, but, only in the context of our time.

For You From My Heart.
The advance in science and technology has had a huge impact to millions people’s lifestyle around the world. Allah says in Al Quran;
Verily never will Allah change the condition of a people
until they change it themselves (with their own soul ) .
Q .13:11.
And such are the Parables We set forth for mankind, but only those understand them who have Knowledge. Q 29; (43)
Remember ! And if you obey most of those ( radicalism ) on the earth, they will mislead you far away from Allâh's Path. They follow nothing but conjectures, and they do nothing but lie. Q. 6:116

Therefore, we,Muslim really need to change the old interpretation to the modern interpretation on 21 st. Century.
Muslim man and woman should also make great progress and produce super works of science, culture, art and aesthetics, as well as Islam in the best way, and thus represent to the world.

My inspiration to interpret Al Quran.
Woman’s issue in Islam.
Are women the second class in Islam?

Are religions unfair to women?

ARE RELIGIONS UNFAIR TO WOMEN?

King or President want to re modern or reform the ancient Islamic laws, such as burqa or Hijab. She do not wear Hijab anymore.
conversely Clerics or Islamic scholars want to hold back the ancient fashion, old interpretation of Islam.

Arab people feel so proud to uphold their tradition from one generation to the next generation. Those who does not uphold their tradition will be punished.
saudis_plots.jpg
The Condition of the Tent  of Prophet Muhammad (saw), at 1400 years ago.
Should Muslims around the world follow prophet's tent in this 21st century ? No
Muslims do not need to follow the sunnah such above.

Based on Al Quran, the Arabs were a nation that often occurred conflicts, hostility, kidnapping and civil-wars caused by different ethnicities and religious beliefs.  They killed their children foolishly, due to their lack of knowledge QS 6;140.  Man was encouraged to have many wives QS.4:3, a male could have many slaves, and can be traded etc. QS.24:33. QS,33;50.
A female receive inheritance half than a male. QS .4:11.  A Husband can beat his wife, if she refuse to have sexual with him any time he want. QS 4;34. A female is not allowed to be a leader or imam in Mosque QS.4;34. The most duty of female is to raise their children, cooked, serve her husband and stay home daylong. Girls do not need to get good education as boys. Man want to dominate (control) women.
Therefore Prophet forbid women go outside without accompanied by her brother (guardian). They were at the brink of a pit of Fire.QS 3;103.

Can you imagine how Arab people made a house? How they wrote Allah’s words? At the time of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), there was no paper to write, they wrote Allah’s words on animal skin and stone, can you imagine it? Also they made a tent from skin of animal, moveable,QS.16;80-81.
They moved from one place to another place. And there was no  police to guard people, there were no hospitals to go to when people got sick, also there was no hospitals for animals, no telephones, busses and electricity. It was very difficult to find water for bathing and washing dirty clothes. They lived in heat desert-the stormsand-- ( 35-50 C ). When the strong winds come up in the desert, the heat sand or SANDSTORM can damage human skin, hair  and eyes.

Therefore  Prophet Muhammad asked women to cover their entire body with a cloth. Burqa. QS 33:59, QS 24:31.This is a suggestion, not obligation.

O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks (veils) all over their bodies (i.e.screen themselves completely except the eyes or one eye to see the way). That will be better, that they should be known  so as not to be annoyed. And Allâh is Ever Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. QS 33;59 QS 24;31

So Burqa, Hijab, or Veil  is not the Islamic dressing code, but the Arab traditional dress who live in desert at  ancient times.
There are two reasons why women wear burqa:
1. In order women can not be  abducted or be kidnapped by enemy for sex-slave.
2.In order women can not be harmed by stormsand.

IRAN WOMEN

KUWAITI WOMEN / DUBAI

The ancient Arab tradition women are unclean; Man can shake hand with women, before you do shalat, you have to clean your hands with water or sand at the time of Prophet as describe in Al Quran.
O ye who believe! when ye prepare for prayer, wash your faces and your hands (and arms) to the elbows; rub your heads (with water); and (wash) your feet to the ankles. If ye are in a state of ceremonial impurity, bathe your whole body. But if ye are ill or on a journey, or one of you cometh from offices of nature, or ye have been in contact with women, and ye find no water, then take for yourselves clean sand or earth, and rub, therewith your faces and hands. Allah doth not wish to place you in a difficulty, but to make you clean, and to complete His favour to you, that ye may be grateful. Q.5:6.

The ancient Arab tradition feel shame if his wife give a girl baby as describe in Al Quran.
When one of them is given the good news of a female child, his face becomes gloomy and he is choked with grief.QS 16:58.

The ancient Arab tradition treat women as slave as describe in Al Quran.
And do not compel your maids (slaves) to prostitution - if they wish to observe chastity - in order that you may seek the temporary benefit of the worldly life. If one compels them, then after their being compelled, Allah is Most-Forgiving, Very-Merciful. QS 24: 33. QS 23-4-6

Islamic state (ISIS )

The ancient Arab tradition treat female inequality with male, female will receive half inheritance than male as describe in Al Quran.

Allah directs you concerning your children:  for a male there is a share equal to that of two females. QS 4:11.

The ancient Arab tradition a husband can beat his wife if his wife reject to have sexuality with him.

Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allâh has made one of them to excel the other, and because they spend (to support them) from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient (to Allâh and to their husbands), and guard in the husband's absence what Allâh orders them to guard As to those women on whose part you see ill¬conduct, admonish them (first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them, but if they return to obedience, seek not against them means (of annoyance). Surely, Allâh is Ever Most High, Most Great (34) (QS.4:34).

The ancient Arab tradition woman can not become a leader or imam in Mosque as describe in Al Quran;

Men are the protectors / leader and maintainers of women, because Allâh has made one of them to excel the other, and because they spend (to support them) from their means.QS 4:34.

Therefore, nowadays, women also still are forbidden to sing a song on TV or at public place----forbidden to get good education as well male does----forbidden shake hand with a man---forbidden to sit side by side with man---forbidden to walk with a man-----forbidden to be a leader or imam in mosque in society----forbidden to work in office with men----in other word woman have to cover her whole body or wear burqa, veil or hijab. Woman have to stay home daylong to raise her kids. Woman does not have the same freedom as male does.
From my spiritual understanding of the ancient interpretation of Al Quran and the Sunnah according to the context of times,( the stone ages, primitive era ) and Arab tradition who live in desert.

So laws that related to worldly matter can be reformed, and the laws that related to Allah such as Prayer (shalat), fasting, and Hajji can not be reformed and will be applied forever.

If we see people who live in Jungle or villages females still stay home to take care the house and  her children. Male’s duty is to seek food and protect the his family. Girls do not need to have education as boys.

Now the time has changed dramatically, the structure of family also has changed. A Husband used to live in his father’s property, now when a grown boy want to marry, he can not live in his parent property anymore, he has to rent a house, pay electricity, water, foods, etc.  The cost of living in the city increase every year, sometime a husband can not afford anymore, He ask his wife to find a job. So women can not stay daylong at home anymore as used to be. Husband and wife have responsibility for their kids If a wife want to earn more money, she has to have a good education as male.

Nowadays, male and female has the same responsibility for raising their kids, for a female has to get a good education in order has a good living.

Therefore, since male and female has the same education, both has the same duty, and the same right in society. Female has the right to take male’s duty, Female can become leader, or president.

So since male and female has the same education, and the the same duty, female and male will receive the same inheritance from their parent.
So the ancient laws has changed naturally.
So based on that all ancient Islamic laws that related to the worldly affair can be reformed.

1. Women do not need to wear Hijab, except if she live in desert area like saudi Arabia.
2. Women can reject her husband for intimate if you do not feel not to do so.
3.  Women should receive the same amount of inheritance with male.
4. Women do not need to be accompanied by a male when she go out side of her house. Except in conflict or war time.
5. Women has the right to become a leader if she has knowledge as a male.
6. Women has the right earn the same salary with a man. if the same position.
7. Women has the right to drive a car as man, if there is no conflict.
8. Women has the right to sing a song in TV or public place as man.
9. Women do not feel guilty to shake hand with a good man.
10. Women and men do not need to seat separated.

Allah has explained equality between male and female clearly in Al Quran as following;

Whoever, male or female, does good deeds and is a believer, then such people shall enter Paradise, and they shall not be wronged in the least. QS 4: (124)

Surely, Muslim men and Muslim women, believing men and believing women, devout men and devout women, truthful men and truthful women, patient men and patient women, humble men and humble women, and the men who give sadaqah (charity) and the women who give sadaqah, and the men who fast and the women who fast, and the men who guard their private parts (against evil acts) and the women who guard (theirs), and the men who remember Allah much and the women who remember (Him) - for them, Allah has prepared forgiveness and a great reward.  QS. 33:35.

But man bore it. Verily, he was unjust (to himself) and ignorant (of its results). So that Allâh will punish the hypocrites, men and women, and the men and women who are Al¬Mushrikûn (polytheists, idolaters, pagans, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh, and His Messenger Muhammad SAW . And Allâh will pardon (accept the repentance of) the true believers of the Islâmic Monotheism, men and women. And Allâh is Ever Oft¬Forgiving, Most Merciful. (73). QS 33; 73.

As to the thief, male or female, cut off his or her hands: a retribution for their deed and exemplary punishment from Allah and Allah is Exalted in Power, full of Wisdom. QS 5;38.
According to Allah’s rules above, man and woman are equal before law. There is no discrimination of Islamic teaching. Discrimination of act is unlawful.

Islam gives equal rights to women. Good deeds by either women or men will be rewarded equally depending on the deeds. It’s not that men will get more rewards than women unlike in the world, where women are still struggling to get equal wages.

It is sad that most Islamic governments are not following these golden rules of equality. They don’t let women drive or acquire education or work outside of the house. In some countries a woman cannot even go out alone.

The Teaching about Women's right such as;
1. Equal right between man and women: Salary, inheritance, job opportunity, voting, right to be an imam in a mosque, right to be a leader in a society.
2. Equal right between man and women within the family and allow Muslim women to marry non-Muslims.
3. Equal right between man and women for traveling, women do not need to get permission from man.( except from parent )
4. Equal right between men and women to choose her husband.

BREAKING NEWS.Billionaire Alwaleed's Wife Speaks Out On Saudi Women's Right To Drive

LONDON, ENGLAND - APRIL 29: Suadi Prince Al-W...
Princess Ameerah.

It’s not often a Saudi woman –not to mention a member of the royal family-gets interviewed on American TV, so the fact that Princess Ameerah Al-Taweel, the wife of Saudi billionaire Prince Alwaleed bin Talal (an investor and nephew of the Saudi king), talked to the Today show about Saudi women’s right to drive — is worth paying attention to.
When I met Princess Ameerah, the wife of Prince Alwaleed (he has been married three times before –but only marries one wife at a time), while on a reporting trip to Riyadh a few years ago, I found her to be articulate and opinionated. That is still the case.  Ameerah, age 27, told the Today show correspondent that “I’m a girl from a middle class family. I married a prince but I haven’t changed.” Then she talked about how Saudi women should drive, and how that is one of several priorities as well for Saudi women –the others being basic rights and workforce issues. Last Friday, a group of Saudi women drove cars as a sign of protest. Clearly Princess Ameerah supported this step.
“We’re fighting for our rights and we are getting them. If we were not getting them, you would not see me talking to you now,” Ameerah told the Today show.
In an exchange of text messages with Prince Alwaleed this afternoon, I asked whether that meant the Princess had gotten permission from Saudi King Abdullah or from Prince Alwaleed to do the interview. “She neither took permission from the King nor from me but she did inform me” about the interview, said Prince Alwaleed. “This is the NEW Saudi Arabia and I’m pushing for it.”  A few minutes later Alwaleed texted  ”We’re pushing for evolution, not revolution. It’s happening, very surely.”
In the Today show interview, Princess Ameerah did not wear the traditional Saudi veil or abaya that covers Saudi women while in public. She is very likely the first Saudi princess to do so in such a public fashion –again making a very public statement about women’s rights.
She couldn’t do any of this without the support of her husband, though. Alwaleed is worth an estimated $19.6 billion and is a large investor in companies like Citigroup, Apple and the Four Seasons Hotels.  As I’ve written before, Prince Alwaleed is a big supporter of advancing the role of women within the Kingdom, and has hired many to work for his investment vehicle, Kingdom Holding. His female employees do not wear the traditional abaya inside Kingdom Holding offices – but instead sport designer clothes that they buy with a clothing allowance that is separate from their salary.  He’s given many women real positions of responsibility, and paid to train the first Saudi women jet pilot.

POLYGAMY IS FORBIDDEN IN MODERN ERA.

The time of Prophet Muhammad(saw) encouraged  a husband to have many wives and many slaves because women did not have a good education as male do. The duty of female just to raise children and serve her husband. It is very obvious that men and women were not equal. Women were treated as second clas.

THE WORD OF WISDOM.-
ADVICE TO YOUNG MEN & GIRLS
IN MODERN WORLD, SOCIETY, MAN CAN ALLOW TO MARRY ONLY ONE WIFE.
BUT AT ANCIENT TIME, YES MOST MEN COULD MARRY MORE THAN 1, EVEN MAN COULD HAVE MANY WOMEN SLAVE.

If you fear that you will not do justice to the orphans, then, marry the women you like, 3 in twos, in threes and in fours. But, if you fear that you will not maintain equity, then (keep to) one woman, 4 or bondwomen you own. It will be closer to abstaining from injustice. QS 4;(3).

it is obvious that man can marry only ONE wife, because no male can treat 2-4 wifes fairly, or equally. Just impossible in Modern Society. where a couple wife and husband can not live on parents property anymore. They move and live in City now. They have to pay many bills every month.

In these case, polygamy is not allowed by Syariah laws.

These are messages that we must give the children and the next generation.
May Allah guide all my brothers & Sisters to the right path.Amen

“Our Lord, give us Paradise in this world and Paradise in the Hereafter, and save us from the punishment of Fire.” QS 2: (201)

For You from My Heart.
All those who read shall pass on my words to others and those to others again; O Allah, be my witness, that I have conveyed your message to your people.

Wassalamu'alikum--With all my love

A Tale of Two Women - Afghanistan

Woman can make a change.

The 9/11: Ten Years Later | Fawzia Koofi | Afghanistan

Allah protect Fawzia Koofi and will use her to fight the extremist Taliban
who ban women to get a good education.

Born into a polygamous family of seven women, Koofi was first rejected by her parents because of her sex. Her father, a member of Parliament, had married a younger woman, and her mother sought to have a son to maintain her husband's affection. The day Koofi was born, she was left out to die in the sun.[3]
She managed to persuade her parents to send her to school, making her the only girl in the family to attend school. She subsequently graduated from university with a master's degree in business and management.[4] Her father was a Member of Parliament (MP) for 25 years but died at the end of the first Afghan war (1979–1989), killed by Mujahideens.[1]
Koofi originally wanted to become a physician, but chose to study political science and become a member of UNICEF. She worked closely with vulnerable groups such as Internally Displaced People (IDP) and marginalized women and children, and served as a child protection officer for the organization from 2002 to 2004.

” Every society has rules and laws, and they have to be upheld. Outsiders who want to join a new society have to be prepared to comply with those rules and laws, however irrational they may seem to the newcomer. It seems that only Muslims want to impose their own customs on the new land, when most others seem to adjust. And with the larger numbers arriving, seemingly more conservative than previous generations, and wanting to create their own little homelands (ghettos), they should not be surprised that they are causing controversy, especially with the Burkha.”
