How to follow Allah and Sunnah or the life of Muhammad saw) professionally as a role model for Muslim in this 21st Century?
The Prophet Muhammad was a perfect man in the context of his time, We do not need to follow his actions in a literal sense, but, only in the context of our time.
We always claim that Islam is the peaceful religion and mercy for all mankind, QS 21:107, but the fact opposite that people see the violence, kill innocent people, blasphemy, apostasy, gay-lesbian and even they kill children cruelly.
We reject the extremism Muslim who incite violence, and we promote peace, love, tolerance, compassion, accept different thought, ideas and interpretation of Islamic teaching.
All Muslims must refrain from a harsh, angry, and challenging approach, for these are contrary to the Quran's method and essence. Instead, Muslims must adopt the accepting, moderate, calm, and rational approach described in the Qur'an. In other words, they must be role models for humanity and earn people's admiration for the morality of Islam and themselves.
Muslims should also make great progress and produce superb works of science, culture, art, and aesthetics, as well as live Islam in the best way, and thus represent it to the world .

Arab Nation at the Dark Ages
Based on al Quran the Arabs were a nation that often had conflicts, hostility, kidnappings and civil-wars caused by different ethnicities and religious beliefs. They killed their children foolishly, due to their lack of knowledge
QS 6;140. A man could marry women more than four QS.4:3,
many women became slaves, and can be traded etc. QS.24:33
They were at the brink of a pit of Fire.QS 3;103.
Imagine how Arab people made a house? They made house from skin of animal, It was not real house but just a tent, moveable, QS.16;80-81.
They moved from one place to another place. During Muhammad’s (pbuh) time there was no police to guard people, there were no hospitals to go to when people got sick, also there was no hospitals for animals, no telephones, buses and electricity. It was very difficult to find water for bathing and washing dirty clothes. They lived in desert. When strong winds come up in the desert, the hot sand can damage human skin and eyes.
Therefore Allah and the Prophet Muhammad asked women to cover their entire body with a cloth. Women are forbidden to go outside without accompanied by her brother or husband.
So Burqa, Hijab, Veil is not the code of Islamic dress, but the Arab traditional dress who live in desert at ancient time.

Although many justifications were offered for the practice of plural marriage, there was really only one reason for it: God had told the Mormons to do it.
It took great courage to introduce this practice, as Smith was aware that it would expose the Church to ferocious attack, as well as putting himself in personal danger.
The early Mormons were often unwilling to enter a plural marriage, and many only did so after much prayer and anguish.

THIS IS MY VIEW IN ISLAM

“I seek refuge with the Lord of mankind, The King of mankind, The God of mankind, From the evil of the whisperer who withdraws (when Allah’s name is pronounced), The one who whispers in the hearts of people, Whether from among the Jinn or Mankind. In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
Old interpretation; Often we hear that Muslim Clerics urge or allow a man to have wife more than one as Prophet Muhammad did. At time of Prophet Muhammad (saw) women oblige to stay at home a long day to take care her children and male to work outside to provide foods for his family. At that time women did not need to have a good education, because the role of women to raise her children. That is it.
Modern interpretation based on al Quran that a man should not marry woman more that one, because a husband can not be fair and will create conflict among families. Why did a man at Prophet Muhammad time a man had wife more than one?
Because of conflict and civil war among Arab tribes, many men got killed, and then population of women are more than men. Therefore Allah allowed man have 4 wifes. Before that a man could marry women more than 4 wives. At early state of Islam, slavery time, women were not allowed to leave her house, not allowed to work .
At 21st century, woman is allowed to get a good education, and then she is allowed to get a good job as a man. Male and female has responsibility to their children equally.
If you fear that you will not do justice to the orphans, then, marry the women you like, in twos, in threes and in fours. But, if you fear that you will not maintain equity, then (keep to) one woman, or bondwomen you own. It will be closer to abstaining from injustice. QS 4;3.
You shall never be able to maintain real equality between wives, even though you are eager to.QS 4;129
Nowaday, if a man wants to have 4 wives, it means this husband wants to rob the happiness of children and his first wife. No woman want her husband to have two wife. No children want their father to have another woman beside their mom. To have wife more than one is not popular, not proper, and not wise any more, except his wife has died.
Therefore, Allah suggested if you can not be fair. Be better to have one wife.
I believe that according above verse QS 4;3, is that Muslim is forbidden to marry woman more than one, because no man or husband can treat his wives and children fairly. Then God warned man, if you can not treat your wives fairly, just marry one ! It is better for you.
