The amendment guarantees an individual's right to express and to be exposed to a wide range of opinions and views. It was intended to ensure a free exchange of ideas even if the ideas are unpopular. It also guarantees an individual's right to physically gather with a group of people to picket or protest; or associate with others in groups for economic, political or religious purposes. WHO IS ISLAM?

And this was the Legacy that Ibrahiim left to his sons, and so did Ya'qub; "O my sons! Allah hath chosen the Faith for you; then die not except in the state of submission to God. (Islam).QS 2;132
Most of Muslim think that Islam those who follow Prophet Muhammad (saw). Those who does not follow Prophet Muhammad (saw) is not Islam. They are wrong absolutely.
Al Quran says differently, Allah and Prophet Muhammad (saw) say in Al Quran, Muslim, Christian and Jewish are Muslim all or Islam.
“ He has chosen you and did not impose any hardship on you in the religion, the faith of your father Ibrahim. He (Allah) named you as Muslims earlier ( Ibrahim, Moses, Jesus (saw) and also in this (Qur’an’s followers )”, QS 22:78.
Jews, Christianity and Muslim have different Prophet, Book, but the same God namely a Greatest Creator. Islam was begun since Prophet Adam. Islam is Monotheism or Tauhid.
For everyone there is a direction to which he turns his face. Strive, then, to excel each other in good deeds. Wherever you are, Allah will bring you all together. Allah is certainly powerful over everything. QS 2;148.
Verily, this Brotherhood of yours is a single Brotherhood and I am your Lord and Cherisher: therefore serve Me (and no other). (92) But (later generations) cut off their affair (of unity), one from another: (yet) will they all return to Us. (93) Whoever works any act of righteousness and has Faith― his endeavour will not be rejected: We shall record it in his favour. QS 21:(92-94)

You will certainly find that the closest of them in friendship with the believers are those who say, “We are Christians.” 45 That is because among them there are priests and monks, 46 and because they are not arrogant. QS 5: (82)
Allah confirmed this to the Prophet and all the Muslims. He says: “Say ye: ‘We believe in God, and the revelation given to us, and to Abraham, Ismail, Isaac, Jacob, and the Tribes, and that given to Moses and Jesus, and that given to all Prophets from their Lord: We make no difference between one and another of them: And we bow to God in Islam.” ".(QS.2:136)
Therefore, America is Muslim’s society, contains the vast majority Christian, Jewish and Muslim. America is a true Islamic state. They follow Ibraham’s faith or Allah’s laws. This true fact can not be denied.
Can Christian, Jewish and Muslim enter Allah’s Paradise?
Yes, as Allah says in Al Quran;
Those who believe, those who are Jews, and the Christians and Sabaeans, all who believe in Allah and the Last Day and act rightly, will have their reward with their Lord. They will feel no fear and will know no sorrow. (Surat al-Baqara, QS 2: 62.
Not all of them are alike: of the People of the book are a portion that stand (for the right); they rehearse the signs of Allah all night long, and they prostrate themselves in adoration. (113) They believe in Allah and the Last Day; they enjoin what is right, and forbid what is wrong; and they hasten (in emulation) in (all) good works; they are in the ranks of the righteous. (114) Of the good that they do, nothing will be rejected of them; for Allah knoweth well those that do right. QS 3:(113-115).
Whoever, male or female, does good deeds and is a believer, then such people shall enter Paradise, and they shall not be wronged in the least. (124) Who is better in Faith than one who has surrendered his self to Allah and is good in deeds, and has followed the creed of Ibrahim, the upright. Allah has made Ibrahim a friend. QS 4:(124-125)
From above verses we can have conclusion clearly that all Muslim, Jews, Christian, Sabiin who believe in Allah (God) are Muslim all or Islam even every group has his own ceremony, own direction, how the way to worship God.
“Our Lord, give us Paradise in this world and Paradise in the Hereafter, and save us from the punishment of Fire.” QS 2: (201)

AMERICA IS A SAMPLE OF THE TRUE ISLAMIC STATE, BUT SAUDI ARABIA AND IRAN ARE NOT.
I am an American Muslim. Most of Muslim around the world believe that Saudi Arabia, Iran, ISIS, Taliban are the true Islamic state or Syariah Islamic state, but actually they are fake Islamic state. Why?
Saudi Arabia is an authoritarian regime that discriminates against women, doesn't permit religious freedom, and prevents freedom of the press.
Yet Saudi Arabia isn't the Islamic state
The true Shariah state or Islamic state is where the government protect the right of minority, and freedom of religion, speech and expression. Justice for all people regardless his belief, gender and race.
State and Church, and Mosque are separated. Government can not take a side of religion, must be neutral.
This system of Secular-democratic government is compatible with Islamic teaching from Al Quran. As Allah explained in Al Quran as following;
ISLAM PROTECT THE RIGHT MINORITY.
Allah commanded the existing authority has to protect the right of minority as following;
QS 4:75. “What has happened to you that you do not fight in the way of Allah, and for the oppressed among men, women and children who say, “Our Lord, take us out from this town whose people are cruel, and make for us a supporter from Your own, and make for us a helper from Your own.”
This Golden wisdom is found in Christianity and judaism.
Proverb 31:8. Speak up for people who can not speak for themselves. Protect the rights of all who are helpless.speak for them and be a righteous judge.protect the right of the poor and needy.
Psalm 103 ;6.
God judges favor of the oppressed and gives them their rights.He revealed His plans to Moses and let the people of Israel see His mighty deeds. God is merciful and loving.
American Government protect the right of religious minorities, Islam, Hindu, Budha, Jews, others and the right Gay-Lesbian, atheist and women.
But Saudi Arabia, Gulf States, Iran, Aceh, Brunei and other Islamic states do not protect the right of religious minorities and gay -lesbian. And also there is no freedom of speech and expression. They are wrong, they have been astray. They kill each other, and thousands innocent people including children have been suffering, displacing and killed. I am so sad, pity, heartbreaking and embarrassing too. There must be something wrong with Islamic teaching. What is about you?
ISLAM IS THE RELIGION OF JUSTICE FOR ALL.
QS 4: 135.You who believe! be upholders of justice, bearing witness for Allah alone, even against yourselves or your parents and relatives. Whether they are rich or poor, Allah is well able to look after them. Do not follow your own desires and deviate from the truth. If you twist or turn away, Allah is aware of what you do.
QS 7:181. Among those We have created there is a community who guide by the Truth and act justly according to it.
QS 10;47.Every nation has a Messenger and when their Messenger comes everything is decided between them justly. They are not wronged.
QS 16;(90) Allah enjoins to do justice and to adopt good behavior and to give relatives (their due rights), and forbids shameful acts, evil deeds and oppressive attitude. He exhorts you, so that you may be mindful.
QS 5:8..O you who believe, be steadfast for (obeying the commands of) Allah, (and) witnesses for justice. Malice against a people should not prompt you to avoid doing justice. Do justice. That is nearer to Taqwa. Fear Allah. Surely, Allah is All-Aware of what you do.
QS 60;8.It is hoped that Allah will bring about love between you and those of them with whom you have enmity. 2 Allah is Powerful, and Allah is Most-forgiving, Very-Merciful. Allah does not forbid you as regards those who did not fight you on account of faith, and did not expel you from your homes, that you do good to them, and deal justly with them. Surely Allah loves those who maintain justice. .
QS 42:15. And say ( Muhammad ), “I believe in whatever book Allah has sent down. And I have been ordered to do justice among you(Christian, Jews, Quraish, etc ). Allah is our Lord and your Lord. For us are our deeds, and for you, your deeds. There is no argumentation between us and you. Allah will bring us together, and to Him is the final return.”.
American Government treat all people regardless his belief, race, collar of skin, gender equally and fairly.

Freedom of religion and expression.
Deuteronomy 30; 1,15.Today I am giving you a choice between good and evil, or between a blessing and a curse, between live and death. .You were born with the freedom of choice.

QS 90:10.And showed him the two ways? One is God’s way, and second is Evil’s way. People free to choose his religion.
QS 2:256.There is no compulsion in Faith. The correct way has become distinct from the erroneous. Now, whoever rejects the Taghut (the Rebel, the Satan) and believes in Allah has a firm grasp on the strongest ring that never breaks. Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.

QS 25:63. The (faithful) slaves of the Beneficent are they who walk upon the earth modestly, and when the foolish ones address them answer: Peace;
There is no freedom of speech and expression in Saudi Arabia, Gulf states, Iran and other islamic States. They are wrong, they have been astray.
ISLAM IS THE RELIGION OF TOLERANCE.
Prophet Jesus (pbuh) and Muhammad (pbuh) spread Islam with love, compassion, not with force and compulsory.

QS 88;21-25. So, (O Prophet,) keep on preaching; you are only a preacher. (21) You are not a taskmaster set up over them, (22) But whoever turns away and disbelieves, (23) Allah will punish him with the greatest torment. (24) Surely towards Us they have to return, (25) Then it is Our job to call them to account.
QS 13;40-. And if We show you (O prophet) some of what We have promised to them, or We take you back to Us (before that), in both cases you have only to convey the message, and We have to reckon.
He who want to be atheist, let him atheist
He who want to be gay-lesbian. let him gay-lesbian
He who want to convert to other religion, let him does.
He who want to astray, let him does.
People has a right of freedom of religion, non religion, speech and expression.
There is no tolerance in Saudi, Iran, and other Islamic countries. America does.
THE SECULAR-DEMOCRATIC SYSTEM IS THE TRUE ISLAMIC SYSTEM .
Yes, the secular-democratic system is compatible in Islam, as Allah described in Al Quran;
Basing on God’s laws in written in Al Quran, God commanded Prophet Muhammad (saw) to consult with all groups in society like Jews, Christian, atheist and Muslim to seek or find the appropriate rule that fit to all groups. Allah said;
And by the Mercy of Allâh, you dealt with them( Jews, Christian, Quraish etc) gently. And had you been severe and harsh¬hearted, they would have broken away from about you; so pass over , and ask (Allâh's) Forgiveness for them; and consult them in the worldly affairs. Then when you have taken a decision, put your trust in Allâh, certainly, Allâh loves those who put their trust (in Him). QS 3; 159.
And who conduct their worldly affairs by mutual consultation, and who spend of what We have bestowed on them; QS 42;38
O you who believe, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you.QS 4;59.
When news concerning peace or fear comes to them, they go about spreading it. Had they referred it to the Messenger and to those having authority among them, the truth of the matter would have come to the knowledge of those of them who are able to investigate. QS 4;83.
These verses are very clear verses that State and religions are separated.
So the system of Government of America is the Islamic state or Syariah Islamic state. That is why Allah bless America and its people, because they follow Allah's laws better that Islamic states like Saudi Arabia, Iran, Isis, Taliban, Aceh,Brunei etc. They are wrong, they have been astray.
SAUDI ARABIA AND IRAN ARE THE FAKE ISLAMIC STATES?
Both Islamic countries Saudi and Iran discriminate against Non Muslim. Whereas Islamic teaching is against discrimination on the basis of religion, race and gender. Islamic teaching is religion of justice for all people.So Saudi Arabia and Iran are not the true Islamic States. Both are tyranny and oppressive countries. There is no freedom of speech, expression and religion.
Saudi Arabia, Iran and other Islamic States follow Allah’s commandment some, and refuse the rest. Allah already have warned His People;
Yet, here you are, killing one another, and driving a group of your own people out of their homes, supporting each other against them in sin and aggression - and if they come to you as prisoners, you would ransom them, while their very expulsion was unlawful for you! Do you, then, believe in some parts of the Book, and disbelieve in others? So, what can be the punishment of those among you who do that, except disgrace in present life? And, on the Day of Judgement, they shall be turned to the most severe punishment. And Allah is not unaware of what you do. QS 2;(85).
Islamic states treat religious minorities badly, unjustly and discriminate Christian and other religions;
Allah has warned His people;

For example'
It is illegal for a Christian or a Jew or any non Muslim to become citizen of Saudi Arabia, it is illegal even to held prayer as a Christian you will be arrested , and even worst a Christian pilot not even allowed to fly a commercial airline in Saudi air.
Islamic Bank, Islamic Malaysia Airline is illegal for non Muslim to become employee.
In Brunei, Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Aceh etc is illegal for Christian to celebrate Merry Christmas.
That is why Allah curse them with conflict, violence and poverty.
May Allah guide Muslim Scholars around the world to the right path of Islam and protect a right religious minorities and non religious group too.

Most of American believe in God and follow God’s law rightly, and then God rain upon American soil in abundance and will cause gardens to grow for people and cause river to flow for American. As God has promised below;
QS 71:11-13. And He will cause the heavens to rain upon you in abundance, And will help you with riches and sons, and will cause gardens to grow for you, and cause rivers to flow for you. What has happened to you that you do not appreciate the Majesty of Allah.
QS 71;10-20.)`Ask forgiveness from your Lord; for He is Oft-Forgiving; "`He will send rain to you in abundance; "`Give you increase in wealth and sons; and bestow on you Gardens and bestow on you rivers (of flowing water). "`What is the matter with you, that ye place not your hope for kindness and long-suffering in Allah― "`Seeing that it is He that has created you in diverse stages? "`See ye not how Allah has created the seven heavens one above another, "`And made the moon a light in their midst, and made the sun as a (Glorious) Lamp? "`And Allah has produced you from the earth, growing (gradually), "`And in the End He will return you into the (earth), and raise you forth (again at the Resurrection)? "`And Allah has made the earth for you as a carpet (spread out) "`That ye may go about therein in spacious roads."
QS 57;25.We have indeed sent Our messengers with clear proofs, and sent down with them the Book and the Balance, so that people may uphold equity. And We sent down ( iron,silver, Gold, Oil, Gas etc ) in which there is strong power, and benefits for the people; 10 and (We did it) so that Allah knows the one who helps Him and His messengers without seeing (Him). Surely Allah is Strong, Mighty.
QS.7:97.If the people of the towns believed and feared Allah, We would have opened for them blessings from the heavens and the earth, but they disbelieved. So, We seized them because of what they used to earn for themselves.

International Student Enrollment Increased by 5 Percent in 2010/11, Led by Strong Increase in Students From China

November 14, 2011—The number of international students at colleges and universities in the United States increased by five percent to 723,277 during the 2010/11 academic year, according to the Open Doors report, which is published annually by the Institute of International Education (IIE) in partnership with the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. This represents a record high number of international students in the United States. This is the fifth consecutive year that Open Doors figures show growth in the total number of international students, and there are now 32 percent more international students studying at U.S. colleges and universities than there were a decade ago. The 2010/11 rate of growth is stronger than the three percent increase in total international enrollment reported the previous year, and the six percent increase in new international student enrollment this past year shows more robust new growth than the one percent increase the prior year.
Increased numbers of students from China, particularly at the undergraduate level, largely accounts for the growth this past year. Chinese students increased by 23 percent in total and by 43 percent at the undergraduate level. These increases have been felt across the United States, with the top 20 host universities and top 10 host states each hosting more international students than in the prior year. Women represent approximately 45 percent of the total number of international students.
These strong increases have significant economic impact on the United States, as international students contribute more than $21 billion to the U.S. economy, through their expenditures on tuition and living expenses, according to the U.S. Department of Commerce. Higher education is among the United States’ top service sector exports, as international students provide significant revenue not just to the host campuses but also to local economies of the host states for living expenses, including room and board, books and supplies, transportation, health insurance, and support for accompanying family members. Open Doors 2011 reports that 63 percent of all international students receive the majority of their funds from personal and family sources. When other sources of foreign funding are included, such as assistance from their home country governments or universities, almost 70 percent of all international students’ primary funding, including tuition, comes from sources outside of the United States.
Higher numbers of international students were seen across the United States, with most states hosting higher numbers of students in 2010/11. Perennial leaders California, New York, Texas, Massachusetts and Illinois remained as the top five hosts. Among the top 10 host states, Massachusetts, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Indiana all had increases that were higher than the national average (eight percent or greater.) Ohio had the greatest percentage increase, with 10.5 percent, and Ohio and Pennsylvania each moved up in the list. Economic analysis, produced by NAFSA: Association of International Educators, using Open Doors enrollment figures, show that international students in the top 10 host states bring revenue ranging from several million to nearly three billion dollars to their host states. The wisdom of prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said;
When a man dies, will was ultimately good deeds, except 3 things;
1. left a legacy of works that is beneficial to children, grandchildren and the community,
2. left a legacy of useful science book,
3. left the kid who always pray for his parents.
This golden rule is found also in Christianity and Judaism or in Bible.

WHO IS GOD AND WHERE IS GOD AT?
God already explain in His book, Holy Al Quran, who and where is God at;
He is Allah, besides whom there is no god, the Knower of the unseen and the seen. He is All-Merciful, Very-Merciful. (22) He is Allah, besides whom there is no god, the Sovereign, the Supreme-In-Holiness, the Safe (from all defects), the Giver-Of-Peace, the Guardian, the All-Mighty, the All-Repairer, the Sublime. Pure is Allah from what they associate with Him. (23) He is Allah, the Creator, the Inventor, the Shaper. 10 His are the Most Beautiful Names. His purity is proclaimed by all that is in the heavens and the earth, and He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise. (24). QS. 59; 22-24.
So, the man should consider his food, (24) How well We poured water, (25) Then how nicely We split the earth, (26) Then We grew in it grain, (27) And grapes and greens, (28) And olive and date-palms, (29) And gardens, full of thick trees, (30) And fruits and fodder, (31) As a benefit for you and your cattle. (32) So when the Deafening Noise will occur, 4 (33) The Day when one will flee from his brother, (34) And from his mother and father, (35) And from his wife and sons, (36) Every one of them will be too engaged in his own affairs to care for others. (37) Many faces, on that day, will be bright, (38) Laughing, rejoicing, (39) And many faces, on that day, will be stained with dust, (40) Covered by darkness. (41) Those are the disbelievers, the nefarious. QS 80;24-(42)

If someone ask you, where God is ?
QS 50:16. Indeed We have created man, and We know whatever thoughts his inner self develops, and We are closer to him than (his) jugular vein. ( It means that Allah is every where and unseen.).
QS 29:45. Allah is the greatest of all things. Allah knows what you do.
QS.57: 4-6. He is the One who created the heavens and the earth in six days, then He positioned Himself on the Throne. He knows whatever goes into the earth and whatever comes out from it, and whatever descends from the sky, and whatever ascends thereto. He is with you wherever you are, and Allah is watchful of whatever you do. (4) To Him belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and to Allah all matters are returned. (5) He makes the night enter into the day, and makes the day enter into the night, and He is All-Knowing about whatever lies in the hearts.
After that at length you will die. Again, on the Day of Judgment, will ye be raised up. (16) And We have made, above you seven tracts; and We are never unmindful of (Our) Creation. QS 23; 15-17.
They will say, “Our Lord, You gave us death twice and You gave us life twice. Now we confess our sins. So, is there any way to come out of here?” QS 40:11.
Say (O Prophet): “If you really love Allah, then follow Allah, and Allah shall love you and forgive you your sins. Allah is Most-Forgiving, Very-Merciful.” QS 3:31.
QS 13: 28. "Those who believe, and whose hearts find satisfaction in the remembrance of Allah: for without doubt in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find satisfaction. ."
QS 62:10. And when the Prayer is finished, then may ye disperse through the land, and seek of the Bounty of Allah: and celebrate the Praises of Allah often : that you may prosper.

WARNING TO THOSE WHO SEEK WORLDLY LIFE AND IGNORE LIFE HEREAFTER.
For Example; King of Egypt, Fir’un , was a wealthy King, he lived in Paradise, but unfortunately he did not believe in Allah, so, he would not get Paradise in Hereafter, Allah will put him in Hell forever.
Allah has warned His people do not Ignore Allah and life after death.
Those who seek (merely) the worldly life and its beauty, We will fully recompense them herein for their acts, and their right will not be curtailed in this world. (15) Those are the people for whom there is nothing in the Hereafter except fire. Nullified will be whatever they worked herein, and void will be what they have been doing.qs 11-15-16.
The worldly life is nothing but a game and fun, and the last abode is surely much better for those who fear Allah. Would you still not understand? Qs 6: (32)
Know well that the worldly life is but a play and an amusement, and a show of beauty, and exchange of boastful claims between you, and a competition of increase in riches and children. 8(All this is) like a rain, the growth of which attracts the farmers, then it withers, and you see it turning yellow, then it becomes straw. And in the Hereafter there is a severe punishment (for the disbelievers), and forgiveness from Allah and (Allah’s) pleasure (for the believers and the righteous). The worldly life is nothing but a material of delusion. Qs 57;20.
It has been made attractive for people to love the desired things; that is, women, children, hoarded heaps of gold and silver, branded horses, cattle and tillage. That is an enjoyment of the worldly life; but with Allah lies the beauty of the final resort. QS.3;14.
Conclusion;
Those who seek Paradise, or live in wealth, luxury, Allah will give them as long as they work according to Allah’s rule; such as; work hard, have knowledge, and you will have it. You will life in Paradise in this world. Allah is All Wiser, All Lover, Allah treat all people fairly, lovely and kindly in this world.
WARNING TO THOSE WHO SEEK PARADISE HEREAFTER, THEY IGNORE PARADISE ON EARTH.
For example; Those who religious bigot they ignore the lawful worldly pleasure such as women, children, hoarded heaps of gold and silver, branded horses, cattle and tillage. That is an enjoyment of the worldly life.
Allah says in His Book;
You fool, Do you want to be shown that faith without works is dead or useless.James 2:20
Allah has warned these people as follow;
And look what God has given to you in the Hereafter, you must not forget from worldly pleasures and do good to others as I have done good to you.QS 28;77.
Then once the Salah is over, disperse in the land, and seek the grace of Allah, and remember Allah abundantly, so that you may be successful. QS 62;10.
Allah has named these religious bigot are dead or useless people. They have been deceived by Evil-scholars, and bring on them poverty and misery life on earth.
These religious bigot will not receive a life of Paradise on earth and Hereafter. They are loser.
ALLAH WANT HIS PEOPLE CAN LIVE IN WEALTH ON EARTH AND HEREAFTER TOO.
Allah send Guidant books in order His people can live in peace, prosperity and happiness or live in Paradise on earth and Hereafter as Allah says in al quran;
Those who have believed and have been fearful of Allah. For them there is the good news in the worldly life (paradise) and in the Hereafter(paradise ): there is no change in the words of Allah.That is the great achievement. QS 10;63-64.
From Bible;
Those who love GOD inherit wealth and those who fear GOD prolong his life. Proverb.
Wise(taqwa) People live in wealth and luxury, but stupid people live in poverty. Proverb 21;20.
These who earn 2 Paradises, Allah name him is the best creature on Earth. Prophet Muhammad saw name him the best Human.
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said; "The best of people are those who are of most benefit to others."
